Everything in your imagination can be found in this resort, whether you fancy freshly caught fish, prawns or lobster, to an endless variety of mains and vegetarian dishes, to freshly picked salads and vegetables from local gardens.
Every Forte Village hotel features its own excellent restaurant, plus many more await you on your doorstep offering traditional and international cuisines.
Please note that in the evenings all restaurants are subject to a dress code with no shorts are allowed.
Bellavista Restaurant (for guests residing at Le Palme, Royal Pineta and Il Borgo): Mediterranean cuisine, excellent beach view
Belvedere Rooftop Restaurant (for guests residing at Villa del Parco): Directed by Michelin-starred, world famous chef Antonello Arrus and offering an upscale à la carte selection of local Mediterranean dishes with a modern flair, all served with fine wine. Features a rooftop view of the park.
Cavalieri Restaurant (for guests residing at Hotel Castello): Breakfast and dinner buffets featuring an assortment of salad, cheeses, traditional cold cuts, hot, freshly prepared pasta, and a selection of artisan breads and pastries. Features a garden view.
Le Dune Restaurant (for guests residing at Le Dune): An excellent à la carte menu featuring modern and traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a beach view.
Pineta Restaurant (for guests residing at Hotel Bouganville): High-class buffet offering theme cuisine in the evenings. Each guest receives a complimentary half-bottle of the house wine as well as a half-bottle of mineral water. Also features an open-air restaurant and garden view.

Children’s Restaurant: Offers a special menu designed just for kids. Open for both lunch and dinner and located near Oasis pool. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Forte Gourmet: Fine dining directed by Michelin-starred, world-renowned chef Rocco Lannone and offering exquisite traditional Italian cuisine. View of Oasis pool.
Forte Grill Restaurant: Steak house featuring the finest beef and a variety of delicious starters. View of Oasis pool.
Gordon Ramsey Restaurant: An exciting new restaurant offering fine cuisine and located in one of the most luxurious areas of the resort.
Japanese Restaurant: Enjoy authentic Japanese fine dining by the Oasis pool.
La Locanda: Fine dining menu crafted by Michelin-starred, world famous chef Giancarlo Perbellini and offering exquisite sea views.
Sardinian Restaurant: Experience authentic local cuisine with homemade pasta and locally grown ingredients. Located by the Oasis pool.
These restaurants are open only for lunch and are conveniently located near the beach and swimming pools.
Beachcomber Restaurant: Salads, pasta, fresh fish, cheese selection and fruit
Caviar Bar: Serving a delectable selection of the finest wild caviar as well as a variety of fresh fish and specialty dishes. Seafront location.
Oasis Pool and Baia delle Palme (also serving breakfast for guest of Hotel Bouganville):
Featuring a selection of sandwiches, paninis, cold dishes as well as fresh fruit.
Pizzeria: Freshly prepared pizzas as well as a selection of salad, fresh fruit and traditional local desserts.
Pasta House Restaurant: Featuring a variety of handmade traditional Italian pasta.
Rocce Restaurant: Seafood grill offering a salad buffet and an assortment of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit and delicious desserts.
Thelasso del Forte Restaurant & Bar: Offering a delicious selection of light dishes as well as herbal teas, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and a variety of mineral water choices. Located at the spa.
